3 basic steps to Working together
Step 1. Project approach and methodology
Our approach is to minimise operating costs and pass these savings onto you in the form of affordable, professional web design. We work remotely on all projects and as long as you can access the Internet and use email, communication back and forth is no problem. In fact, in many instances, you can reach us at hours regular businesses would normally be closed. We are prompt and thorough in our responses and we have strong project management skills that enables us to fully adhere to a strict implementation methodology. We have designed websites for companies all over the world in this manner. Remote communication negates the need for face-to-face meetings but we do and will a weekly progress report to keep you informed of developments.

Step 2. Joint delivery of your website
You are an integral part of the web design process. We will require your input from day one. This is where we'll insert your personality into the websites look and feel, after all it is your website!
We will prepare mock-up styles for you to have a look. You can then tell us what you like and dislike and what you want changed. Our methods are interactive and intuitive and you will find our staff highly responsive to your individual needs.
Once you're happy with your site's mock-up, we'll develop the technical components around your unique design.
Step 3. Website implementation
When you're completely satisfied with the full design of your website we will move it into our test environment and run through a rigorous test plan before we pass it to you for user testing and familiarisation (you need to know how to use your own website) before you sign-off the fully completed site before we go live.
After your website has gone live to the general public we will be available through support where we have a dedicated support helpdesk for you to ask any questions you may have. Because it is online, our helpdesk is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
What to do next?
You will need to consider all the components to accompany your web design to get your website up and running.
What do you need to get your website online and working?
- You will need a domain name (www.yourwebsitename.co.uk) more info.
- You will need somewhere to host your domain name and website when we've developed it for you, so people can browse and visit your site. You will also need access to your own email addresses by way of your own control panel more info.
- You will need a fully functional, professionally designed website!
- If you want your website to be found amongst the millions already on the Internet (in other words, if you want to attract new business online), you will need some form of website promotion. This will make your site more visible when potential clients who do searches for your products or services in search engines like Google and Yahoo! more info.
We offer two types of website designs:
1) Static Website - This is a website this is designed by adding content (information) to pages and then publishing those pages to the Internet. These types of sites are usually designed either by people who are relatively technical or people that use a very basic web page design tool.
2) Dynamic Website - This is a website that is database driven and can be maintained by non-technical people using a very simple administration tool. Once the style and template has been designed you can add/update/delete text content, links and pictures to your website in real-time. This option is more expensive but it offers you tremendous flexibility. It also means that you will not have to pay further fees to have a designer make updates for you when that time comes. You will be able to take care of those updates yourself!
We offer all the above services with a depth of expertise that will get you up and running in no time at all - and the best part is you can get all of these services in one place - here!
